Terms & Conditions:
· These can be claimed before admission and if missed and full fee/instalment is submitted then can be claimed as adjustment/refund post admission also.
· A student can avail only one out of all Academic Achievement Based Scholarships and Special Fee waivers, whichever is the highest. No two benefits of scholarships or waivers can be clubbed.
· If any student has got a test based scholarship in NTSC/Admission Test and he/she also has some academic achievement which is higher than test based scholarship, then then he/she can apply for the higher one.
· In order to avail Academic Achievement Based Scholarships / Special Fee waivers, a student has to produce required Documents (As per Scholarship Table) in Original for Verification & submit Photocopy along with the Scholarship Application form at the admission office.
· Scholarship claim form and copies with original documents will be verified by counsellor and to be approved by Centre Director / Admission Head.
· After the approval, accounts person can process the admission and fee payment of the student. All the attached documents will be submitted to accounts department with the office copy of student receipt for audit process.
· In case of Applying for Scholarship after taking Admission, student can avail scholarship either:
1. At the time of paying Second Instalment, or
2. By applying for refund of Scholarship Claim
· In case of refund, if student already availed any NTSC/NSAT scholarship and now he/she is eligible for higher scholarship based on academic achievement then he/she is eligible for refund of difference of already availed and higher eligible scholarship.
· After the approval, accounts person can process the refund of scholarship and can send the form to HO for processing.
· The Scholarship amount will be calculated on either: (1) Total amount in case of instalment payment, or (2) Lump sum amount in one-time payment.
· Scholarship to droppers on the basis of NEET (UG) 2024 / JEE (Main) 2024 / JEE (Advanced) 2024 will be applicable on Academic Session (2024-25) only.
· Scholarship on the basis of Class X / Class XII (result declared in 2024) will be applicable on Academic Session (2024-25) only.
· In case of refund based on scholarship, after admission, the amount will be credited in Father / Mother / Student Bank Account within 45 days from the date of application through NEFT / RTGS only. For this student/parent has to submit cancelled cheque or bank passbook first page copy along with scholarship form.
· Scholarship for siblings will be available only for real brother/sister studying in Narayana in same session only.
· To avail the scholarship, student / parent has to visit admission office personally and produce required Documents in Original for Verification & submit Photocopy (as mentioned in table) along with the Scholarship Application form. Scholarship request made verbally or through phone / email / fax shall not be entertained in any case.
